Kenzo is a French luxury house founded in 1970 by Japanese designer Kenzo Takada.
The luxurious and versatile brand of fashion breaks the rules with its colourful and offbeat spirit that make its success.
Combining fashion and technology, Kenzo thinks and integrated the digital as a resolutely modern way to make the customer experience more immersive - a dream-like window to the urban jungle.
In 2014, as digital project manager for Publicis Group, I supported Kenzo in the maintenance of their brand new e-commerce website developed with Drupal while managing the client relationship.
Kenzo selected Publicis to deliver a rich eCommerce experience. At that time, Drupal Commerce framwework was used for flexibility, scalability, content management and multi-device management. I oversaw the maintenance of the website, prioritising issues (including with ERP), tracking their status as well as managing new requests.
When I took this client account over, a litigation existed between the agency and Kenzo. Hence my main responsibilities were to resolve trade disagreements and preventing disputes from escalating.
